Some business details are still being added: legal name, type of business, registered address, support phone number, city for jurisdiction, Grievance Officer’s name, Grievance Officer’s email. They will be filled in before BatchConnect takes any payment.
Joining BatchConnect is free, with no subscription. Only one thing is ever paid for: a mentorship session.

What you pay for a session
- The price shown is the full amount you pay, in Indian rupees. There are no booking or hidden fees.
- GST will be included in the price shown wherever it applies.
- BatchConnect keeps 15% of the price as its platform fee, and the mentor receives the rest. This comes out of the price; it is not added to what you pay.
- Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. You can pay by UPI, card, net banking or wallet.

How mentors get paid
If you offer paid sessions, this is exactly what you receive, when, and how.
How much
You set your price. BatchConnect keeps 15% as its platform fee and you receive the other 85%. That fee is everything we take: there is no sign-up charge, no monthly fee, and nothing added for payment processing.

When
- Your payout goes out 7 days after the session is marked done, by you or by the member. Those 7 days are the window the member has to report a problem with the session (see the Refund Policy).
- If a problem is reported, the payout waits until it is settled, which we do within 15 days.
- Banks usually show the money within 1 to 2 working days of the payout.
How
- Straight to the bank account or UPI ID you add to your profile, through our payment partner, Razorpay. We never hold your share.
- The first time, Razorpay confirms your bank account and PAN (a one-time KYC check that the law requires for payouts).
- Every session shows its status: upcoming, done, payout date, and paid, with the bank reference.
Deductions and tax
- Where the law requires us to deduct tax at source from a payout (for example TDS on payments made through an online platform), we deduct it, show it against the payout, and issue the certificate so you can claim it.
- What you earn is your income: declaring it and paying tax on it is up to you.
Cancellations and refunds
- If you cancel or do not join, the member gets a full refund and there is no payout for that session.
- If we refund part of a price after a complaint, your payout and our fee shrink in the same proportion. A session that is already paid out is never taken back, except in the case of fraud.
Until online payments go live on BatchConnect, the member pays you directly after the session and no fee is taken. You are told in the app and by email the day that changes.
